The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting QC Terme, just a short 2-minute walk away. After a relaxing spa day, it was convenient to stay at Hotel Bigio instead of driving home. The hotel's homemade pastries for breakfast were delicious, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a nice, romantic weekend in San Pellegrino, this hotel is a great choice for a one- or two-night stay. The view from my room was also amazing, with no noise heard once the windows were closed, despite facing a busy street and crowded pedestrian areas. The rose garden at the back of the hotel added a lovely touch to the surroundings. The breakfast lobby presented a beautiful and mouthwatering selection of cakes, and the attached bakery/bar was a bonus. The restaurant served top-quality food, and the bar was bustling with activity, offering delicious Spritz cocktails and snacks. The hotel's balconies were the largest I've ever had in a hotel, providing a unique and enjoyable feature for guests.
While I loved my stay at Hotel Bigio, there were a few things that needed attention, particularly in the bathroom. The ceiling showed signs of sagging, and there was a need to keep the shower door closed at all times to prevent water from flooding the floor.

We had a fantastic stay at Bigio! the hotel is located right in the center and is very close to QC Terme, which was a major plus for us. the rooms were clean and we were particularly impressed with the stunning view from our balcony. the family-run restaurant on site was an added bonus, and we also loved the nearby patisserie shop. the location, cleanliness, and amenities made for an unforgettable experience. Cons: No issues at all during our stay! 👍.

The stunning views of the river and surrounding area were definitely some of the best things about this hotel. I also appreciated the helpful staff and convenient location close to local attractions. the free breakfast provided a decent selection of items to choose from.
The negatives outweighed the positives during my stay. The rooms were in dire need of updating, with uncomfortable bedding and outdated furnishings.

Lastly, the breakfast included was absolutely delightful, with a wide variety of delicious pastries and cakes that satisfied my sweet tooth.
Although there were a few minor issues, overall my stay was more than satisfactory.
